Gemini Cam, Google's real-time experience placing fans into personalised, AI-generated scenes. From brief to show-ready in two weeks, we delivered the system across Google's internal launches in Dublin, Las Vegas and Macau, running live for 20,000+ Googlers. The experience has since made its public debut at the

2026 NBA Draft.

The Sh*t we've Done

Earlier this year, @Flowlab Studios was brought in to solve one problem: take an experimental, real-time Gemini AI video concept and make it reliable enough to run live, on the main screen, in front of a full arena.

We had about two weeks' notice. In that window we designed, built and tested a flight-ready, fully redundant vMix based rig, compact enough to travel the world as checked luggage. We then operated it live across three arena shows on three continents.

Flowlab delivered the full technical production and logistics for a four-city concurrent event, linking Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg and Munich seamlessly. We handled talent and camera direction, low-latency vision mixing and live audience interaction, with English and German subtitles and a simultaneous product reveal across all four cities.

Multi-city hybrid production connecting seven venues for BAM's company-wide "Making Possible" event. We delivered live audio/video return feeds, synchronised presentations, speaker notes and countdown timers across every location. Remote slide control, cloud intercom and live Slido Q&A kept presenters and audiences connected, while the entire event streamed live to YouTube for a global online audience.
